How a referral counts

A referral begins as a pending claim. It advances to booked after a verified appointment is confirmed through Man Cave's booking system, and becomes eligible for a reward only after the referred person completes a qualifying first visit.

Rewards

Each completed referral earns one perk token, good for 20% off one service. Five tokens may be redeemed for one free haircut. Twenty tokens may be redeemed for one free six-pack of haircuts. Tokens have no cash value and are non-transferable. Man Cave staff apply rewards manually at checkout — show your dashboard or perk reminder text.

Not eligible

Self-referrals, duplicate claims, existing clients, cancellations, no-shows, fraudulent entries, and referrals that cannot be matched to verified booking data may be denied. Man Cave may correct errors or reverse an incorrectly applied reward.

Program changes

Man Cave may change, pause, or end the referral program or reward structure at any time. Clearly earned rewards will be honored, but no future rewards are guaranteed.

Optional texts

Referrers may opt in to program texts through the dashboard. Consent is optional and not required to participate. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
