Referral Program Privacy Notice

What we collect

For referral claims, we collect the referred customer's name, email, mobile number, referral source, and booking verification status. For referrers, we collect contact information, referral activity, perk balances, and optional text-message consent records.

Why we use it

We use this information to attribute referrals, verify first appointments through our booking system, prevent duplicate or self-referrals, track and administer referral rewards, provide the referral dashboard, and send optional referral-program updates to people who separately consent to SMS.

Text messages

Referral-program texts are optional. Consent is not required to participate. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Submitting a referral claim does not subscribe you to marketing texts.

Sharing and security

We use Supabase, Railway, Twilio, and Vagaro to operate this program. We use hashed matching values, access controls, authentication, and audit logs to protect data. No system is perfectly secure.
